I had so much fun redesigning Gawker that I had to do another one, they also really liked it. I love FratMusic, it has the latest songs and hottest remixes. The goal is simple – go to the website and start playing awesome party music. Thank god for FratMusic. Where else could you find Brohemian Dubsody and all the other beautiful synthetic designing music? Many of my designs are inspired directly by electronic dubstep. This is using Adrián Mato’s Yensdesign player.
Noticeable changes:
* Revamped player
* Moving playhead to indicate place in song, can scrub left/right to rewind/forward
* Large controls for play/pause and volume
* Inverted color scheme; it is much harder for people to parse white on black than black on white
* Pushed secondary and tertiary actions and items to the footer below the fold
* Simplified logo/brand

You should do this for Facebook, Twitter and other big sites. 🙂
